I am directed by the Rubber & Tin Exporte Committee to forward herewith, for the consideration of the Secretary of State, a copy of a letter which has been received from Mesere.Kiteui & Company, Ltd. relative to the discharge at Marseilles of a cargo of Tin shipped from Hong Kong per 8/2 "Fushimi Maru" to London and/or Swansea,

Subject to the approval of Mr. Secretary Fonar Law, the Committee would be prepared to overlook this case of exporting prohibited goods to a prohibited destination without permission, rerely cautioning Mesare.Miteul & Co.Ltd. against a repetition of their

offence.
